Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner to join the team. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, with a particular emphasis on estate administration. THE ROLE: Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration. Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish. Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues. Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations. THE CANDIDATE: 2 years+ PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner. Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to providing outstanding client service. Track record of consistent billing.
