In this newly created role, you’ll design innovative learning initiatives that have a lasting leadership impact across the company. You’ll adopt a “people-as-a-product” approach, where learning experiences are built, tested, and refined like their products. From in-person practice labs, roundtables to virtual workshops, your goal will be to create transformative leadership programs that blend human-centred design with real-world application.
