EA/Business Assistant to CEO, Sustainability, W1 £75,000 – £85,000 + amazing benefits Are you an exceptional, business-minded Executive Assistant looking to work in a high-energy and growing global sustainability organisation? Are you IT savvy and do you have proven extensive project management experience across multiple global regions? Our client is a global organisation that prides itself on company culture. If you are looking for an EA++ role in an exciting, impactful industry at a dynamic company, we’d love to hear from you. You will support the CEO and CFO in a true right-hand role; gatekeeping and liaising with global stakeholders and managing projects. Confident communication skills and strong EQ and IQ are essential. What you’ll be doing day to day : Managing and monitoring busy inboxes Full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones Coordinating speaking engagements and media interviews, often at short notice Helping to coordinate internal social events and employee engagement Coordination and participation across the Senior Management Team Meetings Working with marketing to arrange and ship marketing materials for events and travel for speaking engagements Organising domestic and international travel arrangements Helping to manage the office Working with the Board to produce agendas, minutes, keep track of follow-ups on actions Supporting international senior staff during visits to the London office Escalating and delegating review of relevant documents to ensure efficient use of CEO’s time The skills you need to bring: Experience as an Executive Assistant at executive level Business mind and strong academic record Understanding of complex schedules over different time zones Organised self-starter with excellent time management skills Confidence to introduce own processes to make the most of CEO’s time Assertive and confident decision maker Excellent MS office skills A positive mindset and friendly manner Ability to engage easily at all levels Interest in sustainability
