We are looking for a social, emotional and behaviour assistant to work within a fantastic primary school in West London. This school is looking for candidates who have a passion for working in KS1/KS2, who might also consider teacher training in the future. The role As a learning support assistant you will be part of a team of over working under the direction of the SENCO.  The ideal candidate Experience working with children in KS1/KS2 SEN/SEMH related experience Relevant teaching assistant qualifications Ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues Good oral and written communication skills Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative The school This school has excellent facilities and is led by a supportive SENCO.
