CNC Machinist Setter / Operator – Gloucester Haas 3 axis milling machine / lathe -£26.74/hr Umbrella Rate -Days, 40hrs/week Shorterm Group are exclusively partnered with a well-known British institution to recruit a CNC Machinist Setter / Operator as part of a new engineering team built from scratch. Based out of their Gloucester site, you will be part of a newly-formed machine shop, responsible for the production of steel parts for assembly and distribution across the UK. As a CNC Machinist Setter / Operator with us, you will be working primarily on Haas 3 axis machines (milling machine and lathe), although expertise on a Colchester manual lathe would be sought after. If you are a time-served/indentured apprentice then this would also be a major plus, although corresponding industry experience will be considered too.
