Hygiene Manager, £55,000 – £60,000, , Night shift, Corby Hygiene Manager required to lead the Hygiene department and be part of an extremely successful food manufacturing company. We are looking for someone to join the team and bolster the succession plan to support the effective delivery of change. As the Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for the Hygiene team and all Hygiene activities on the night shift including: ·Ensuring all support activities on shift – planning cleaning / hygiene and maintenance are executed. ·Mentor and motivation of the Hygiene team (comprising of up to 30people) ·One to ones with the team ·First and second line management ·Ensuring all sanitation is carried out to the highest standard. ·Hygiene standards and housekeeping are adhered to. ·Audit feedback and swab results to be monitored. ·Ensure detailed work instructions along with the relevant actives and verification checks are available for the team to access. ·Ensure that any machinery damaged by the cleaning crew is reported and investigated to ensure the business can get to the root cause of the issues. ·Must have experience of running BRC audits with retail clients. As the Hygiene Manager, you will have a proven track record in leadership and management within a food or FMCG environment. Experience of working in a high-risk environment is advantageous, knowledge of Chemicals dealing with contracts and leading customer audits is essential.
