Role: Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant Desk Focus: Fire Safety/ Fire Engineering Location: Remote or London based Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 WRG is looking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant to join our H&S recruitment team and head up the fire safety recruitment desk. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and proactive recruiter to join an established recruitment agency that has exciting plans for 2025 and into the future. We are looking for someone who has previously recruited for fire safety professionals across the UK (Fire Risk Assessors, Fire Safety Consultants, Fire Engineers etc.) to further develop and nurture our client and candidate relationships across the sector. We work with a range of construction & engineering consultancies, fire safety practices and independent organisations across the built environment to ensure fire safety and compliance is met. Requirements : Previous recruitment experience ideally within fire safety, construction or engineering. Proven biller with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Apply : Starting salary in the region of £35,000 – £40,000. Uncapped commission structure up to 40% with no threshold. Remote working or you can be based from the London office. Shares/ business equity scheme. 20 days holiday + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays. day every Friday.
