Paint Preparation Operative £24,600 – £29,000 + overtime + bens + progression Marden Mon Fri – 39hoursper week (early finish on Fridays!) If you have used a shot blaster, or have experience in sanding or fettling, this role is ideal for you! I would consider candidates with some sanding experience looking for a company who will offer training and progression! What does a day in the life of a Paint Prepper look like?! Working in a factory environment , using a range of power tools in a heavy industrial environment Carrying out a range of metal preparation processes to components before they are painted Fettling, sanding, shot-blasting, degreasing, sealing, washing of metal parts Physical inspection of parts to ensure top quality
