Electrician- Social Housing Spencer and James are currently seeking experienced Electricians with a history of social housing reactive works to join a tier 1 main contractor in London. Our client offer stability in permanent contracts, ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor, in social housing. Benefits: Up to £42,000 annual salary, based on experience Permanent contract Company van, fuel card About the role: You will deliver reactive maintenance to to Social Housing properties in South London, and remedials in void properties. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential.
