This role is integral to ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of our student living sites, making a tangible impact on our community.

The Role

As the Multiskilled Maintenance Technician, you ll:

• Deliver a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance works at the Kingston student living sites.
• Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quarterly shower head and hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements.
• Attend to faults with domestic water supply and drainage systems, including plumbing works.

You

To be successful in the role of Multiskilled Maintenance Technician, you ll bring:

• A suitable trade discipline qualification (minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 is desirable.
• Good organisational and administration skills, along with computer literacy.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines, under your own initiative or through instruction.
• A full UK driving licence.
