Yourconstruction are delighted to be looking for a Contract Administrator to join a successful Facilities Management company. They have many locations but this role will be based out of the office in Manchester. Position: Contract Support Location: Manchester Salary: £30K Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30-5pm Role Summary: As a Contract Support Administrator your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient execution of facilities management contracts, such as those with clients like Boots UK/ Bupa and English Heritage sites Your primary responsibilities include: Administrative Support: Managing contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all contractual obligations are documented and tracked effectively. Client Coordination: Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, and facilitating effective communication to meet client needs. Scheduling and Planning: Assisting in the coordination of maintenance schedules, ensuring timely service delivery, and optimizing resource allocation. Financial Administration: Handling invoicing, processing payments, and monitoring budgets to ensure financial aspects of contracts are managed efficiently. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations and preparing reports on contract performance and compliance. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Qualification in business administration, or a related field. (Desirable) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within FM Skills: Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage contract priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of integrity and ethical standards. Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites as required.
