Finance Manager

My client are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional and will be responsible for managing budgets, reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Client Details My client are a non profit organisation based in Gateshead. Description Manage and oversee all financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting. Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes. Support senior leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations. Oversee payroll and ensure timely payment of staff and suppliers. Coordinate with auditors and prepare for audits as required. Contribute to grant applications by providing relevant financial information.Profile Proven experience in financial management (not for profit experience would be desirable) Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
