Tekla Draughtsperson

Tekla Draughtsperson to a join a structural & architectural steel fabrication company, this position is paying an annual salary of 40,000 – 46,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Duties:

• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems (Telka)
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines

Experience required:

• 3 years\’ experience
• Experience of Telka construction software
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own
