Are you an experience Production Supervisor, Section Manager or Shift Manager looking for a new position? We are currently working with a market leading, multi-site food manufacturer that are looking for Shift Manager to join the team on Mon-Fri days hours. Responsibilities of the role will include management and development of Team Leaders, leading food safety, H&S and quality standards, effective planning, implementing CI initiatives where possible, KPI management, stand in Production Management cover. To be successful in the role you will need to have 3-5+ years operating at Supervisor/Shift Management level, ideally overseeing teams of at least 30 reports. Strong knowledge of what high standards look like and exposure to CI initiatives. You will be able to work under pressure and within challenging situations.
