Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, bringing in the right people and ensuring their journey starts on a positive note. Building Relationships: Work closely with employees and managers, becoming a trusted advisor and sounding board. Performance Management: Help managers navigate feedback, appraisals, and performance issues to build a stronger, more cohesive team. Employee Engagement: Foster a workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and motivated to do their best. HR Operations: Oversee policies, compliance, and record-keeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes and grievances with professionalism and care, maintaining harmony across teams. Culture Building: Organize training, events, and initiatives that reinforce our values and bring people together. Analytics & Reporting: Track HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
