Overview Associate Structural Engineer — Location: London (office based). Level: Chartered (IStructE or ICE). Experience: 10+ years delivering UK projects. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery across multiple structural projects. Design complex structures, ensuring innovation, safety, and compliance. Mentor and develop engineers, supporting progression toward chartership. Manage project delivery, budgets, and resourcing. Maintain strong client relationships and provide trusted advice. Contribute to bids, proposals, and practice development. About You Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) with 10+ years\\\’ UK consultancy experience. Proven team leadership and project management skills. Strong technical knowledge of UK structural standards and design software. Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
