Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Controller to join our growing insurance business. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and insurance regulations

• Oversee internal controls and risk management procedures

• Partner with senior management on financial strategy and business planning

• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
