Role: Nursing Home Manager Location: Dundee Salary: £58,000 per annum (plus KPI & manager bonus – OTE £82,000) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established 67-bed nursing home. This role requires an accomplished leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong clinical background. About the Role As the Nursing Home Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of a nursing home with two nursing units and two dementia care units, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide strong leadership to a team that occasionally presents challenges, working to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and maintain morale. Effectively manage relationships with residents’ families, including those with high expectations and challenging demands. Address regulatory feedback and maintain robust systems to meet Care Inspectorate standards, building on the home’s strong foundations. Drive occupancy rates while ensuring exceptional care delivery for all residents. About You To excel in this role, you will need: An active NMC pin with a proven track record of clinical and managerial excellence in nursing homes. Strong people and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and professionally.
