Location: Northampton (Hybrid) Profectus Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider. This hybrid role offers the chance to provide technical support and deliver solutions across various technologies while expanding your skills and career. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support (server, desktop, networking infrastructure) Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish Work within an ITIL-aligned environment to achieve SLAs and KPIs Assist with security vulnerability remediation and project tasks Become the technical lead for key customers, advising on IT improvements Skills Required: Strong experience with Microsoft OS, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and networking services Hands-on M365, Intune, and cloud-based IaaS/PaaS Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Annual leave increases one day with each year of service up to 29 days (not including bank holidays) Private healthcare & pension Training & certification opportunities Company social events Ready to take the next step in your career?
