Core Responsibilities Overview Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and crises proactively, maintaining brand reputation. Product Quality & Innovation: Regularly update customers on product developments, compliance, and seasonal product variations.
