Recoveries Agent (Hybrid) Job type: Full Time Permanent Start dates: Flexible Location: Central Manchester Hours: Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm Salary: Negotiable based on experience, starting from £30,000 Holiday: 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays The Role: This is a rewarding role based in our busy, Manchester Office you can expect a friendly and flexible culture synonymously. The role will involve, but not be limited to; you performing the following: To professionally and effectively handle Mortgage collections in litigation state whilst adhering to all Collections policies and procedures Exploring all avenues around the repossession of property for our customer base Be a team player within both the Collections team and the broader Finance team of Aldermore Bank supporting the business as a whole to deliver growth and other targets, whilst adhering at all times to the overall compliance policy framework within the business. Assessment and Resolution of customer arrears, by telephone/email/letter where appropriate. Recommendation on longer-term recovery strategy as appropriate. Utilise the Bank’s dedicated Asset Finance software to its full potential, using the automated letters/templates and diary system. Delivery of exceptional customer service and ensure hirers are treated professionally and fairly, within prescribed timescales. Meet and exceed objectives set by the Collections Manager. Please Note: You will be able to split your working week between home and the Manchester Office, allowing you to have the work-life balance you need.
