Are you skilled in behaviour management? We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic ALN/Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistants to join a popular College based in The Vale of Glamorgan . These full-time roles may lead to permanent positions for the right candidates. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create an engaging and dynamic learning environment, supporting ALN students to reach their full potential. Your strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication abilities will be essential in this role.
