We have multiple opportunities for face to face Customer Service Representatives to handle the day-to-day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include but not limited to greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to a follow an established an defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system. Engagement with applicants and providing a first class, positive service are key. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.
