KM4HR are recruiting a Senior Employee Engagement Manager for an immediate 12 month fixed term contract. For this contract it is essential that you are a confident Workday Peakon user with the ability to collect, analyse and action employee feedback for this large, complex organisation. Working as part of the wider HR leadership team you will be using data to identify trends, insight and opportunities to enhance employee engagement & culture, ultimately driving organisational change. You will need to interpret data and present to a variety of audiences your concise findings and be able to turn raw data into tangible actions/recommendations that can be delegated across the organisation. You will also use this insight to consult and advise the leadership teams helping them to understand employee feedback in suggesting areas for improvement. If you have the following experience and are available to consider immediate contracts please apply today. Current work experience with survey platform Workday Peakon and other data initial analysis tools. Strong understanding of employee experience, employee listening, employee engagement metrics, and the tools used to gather employee feedback with a focus on data analysis and insights. Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies and recommendations to present clearly to various audiences. Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to manage initiatives to improve employee engagement. Data-driven with a focus on actionable insights. Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and fostering a culture of feedback. This is a hybrid working role require 2-3 days travel between the Midlands and London. Days travelled can be flexible and are to meet the needs of the business so may change at short notice. As long as you are happy and able to commit to the travel requirements of this role applications will be considered from anywhere within the UK.
