The role will involve assisting the M&A Partners in all stages of corporate transactions. Key responsibilities: Prepare corporate documents Document preparation for amendments, withdrawals, and mergers Monitor corporate/M&A market and update databases Qualifications: The suitable candidates will have a minimum 2.1 degree, at least 12 months M&A, corporate or transactional experience (ideally gained from a similar law firm environment).
