Job Description
My client, an established independent based in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team. They are a market-leading firm driven to grow their business.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 16:00
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £28,000 Basic – depending on experience
- £50,000+ OTE
- Tiered commission structure
- Car allowance
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong desire to be successful
- Must process a UK full driver's license and access to own car
- Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level
The key main duties of the Sales Valuer will include:
- Provide accurate market valuations for clients
- Booking market appraisal
- Driving market share
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
- Build relationships with clients
