Established in the late 1900s, they are a well-respected firm that prides itself on quality client service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proven ability to support legal professionals in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Job Title: Litigation Secretary/PA Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 Location: Cambridgeshire (Office based) Job type: Full-time (part-time considered) Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the solicitors and the partners * Handle efficient file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation * Produce high-quality court bundles and other essential legal documents * Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation * Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case * Perform audiotyping tasks * Operate within a case management system to organize and monitor case progress.
