With a split tax function, our client is looking to grow their specialist Private Tax team to partner with local solicitors, HNWI’s & agricultural clients. Job Description Lead the private client tax department and manage a portfolio of high net worth clients. Deliver high-level tax advisory services. Develop and implement strategies for departmental growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients. Foster a positive and high-performing work environment within the department. Stay updated with the latest industry developments and changes in tax legislation. The Successful Applicant A successful Private Tax Director should have: A professional qualification in Tax or Accountancy – ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA (QBE will be considered). Proven experience in a tax leadership role within a professional services firm. Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
