Class 2 Driver Bedford, MK41 0LZ Permanent 48 hours per week. Working any 5 days in a 7 day period. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marstons PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing. We are now recruiting for a Class 2 Driverto join us. Reporting to the Transport Manager , this role will be responsible for transporting our stock of lagers, ales, and craft beers from our Bedford depot to our customers: Key Accountabilities: Driving lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to our customers. Supporting the Drivers Mates and Warehouse team in loading/unloading stock. Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments. Using your knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on-time. Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes. Experience and Key Attributes: A current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card. Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation. Knowledge of local region. Customer service Manual handling experience and/or training desirable, however full training will be provided during induction.
