Maintenance Engineer (Facilities) £38,000 – £42,000 + 4 on/4 off + Overtime + Company Benefits Cardiff Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a background in facilities maintenance looking to join a nationwide building service company in a static role within a state of the art facility, who offer overtime to significantly increase your earnings as well as offering a great work life balance with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern? On offer is an opportunity to join an expanding team of multi-skilled engineers, with a 4 on-4 off shift pattern, focused on planned/reactive maintenance, efficiency and continuous improvement projects within blue-chip commercial premises. The company operate across the UK and manage various facilities in Education, Entertainment and Leisure Centres. On a daily basis, you will be required to carry out all aspects of planned / preventative maintenance, with ongoing reactive fault finding and problem solving, to ensure effective operating standards. You will oversee subcontractors, maintain plant rooms, roof and fire safety and follow the PPM schedule within budgets. You will be involved with both mechanical, electrical and gas works.
