Job Description

Position:

The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and seamless execution while upholding studio standards and organisational processes to maintain consistency and deliver high-quality results across all project phases.

This position requires strong leadership in both project and team management, guiding designers while maintaining clear communication with clients. A commitment to mentoring and developing junior designers is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UK and internationally, demonstrating a well-rounded design expertise across all aspects of the process, from concept creation and interior architecture to palette development and FF&E sourcing. Posessing possess excellent technical skills, including detailed drawing production, material specification, and coordination with consultants and manufacturers.

Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. The candidate must also be highly proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe CS, with the ability to produce hand-sketches. Knowledge of 3D software is advantageous.
