As they scale new heights, they are looking for a strategic and commercially astute Finance Manager to drive financial performance and play a key role in shaping the company’s future success.

About the Role
This is a high-impact, leadership position where you’ll own the financial management for UK operations, supporting the European Financial Controller. You’ll be responsible for everything from management accounts and statutory reporting to team leadership and process optimisation—all while ensuring compliance and supporting business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the UK finance function, managing a team across payments, payroll, credit control, and sales admin.
- Taking ownership of UK books and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Driving monthly management reporting, KPI tracking, and budgeting processes.
- Managing statutory audits, VAT, and corporation tax filings in line with IFRS.
- Consolidating European management accounts into Group reporting packs.
- Developing processes to optimise efficiency, margin analysis, and forecasting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise.
- A natural leader, experienced in managing and developing finance teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and best practices.
