Lead React Developer

Lead React Developer – Hybrid, HQ in Sussex.

(Valid UK work authorisation is essential).

As part of an ongoing digital transformation program a Lead Front-End React Developer is required.

As Lead Front-End Developer you will lead a team creating websites and web applications that enhance the digital experience for customers, helping the brand increase customer loyalty and generate new business.

As this is a new team where you will be able to influence the technical direction the team take and really stamp your mark.

Skills And Experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• JavaScript specifically React JS experience is essential
• UI/UX development is key to this role
• Extensive experience in developing web pages using HTML/HTML5, XML, DHTML CSS/CSS3, SASS, LESS, JavaScript, React JS, Redux, Flex jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap
• Source Management software such as GitHub
• Object oriented analysis and design, API architecture experience
• Knowledge of a Test-driven approach including exposure to either TDD or BDD would be an advantage
