As an Account Handler, you will provide quotations for New Business, Existing Business and Renewals to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Trainees for the Clegg Gifford brand. The role requires dealing with clients in the branch, over the phone and via e-mail to ensure sales and retention targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills. You will: Provide top-notch customer service, efficiently handling new business, renewals, and existing policies for Clegg Gifford. Master the processes for quoting and recommending the right products to meet client needs. Present clear, fair, and accurate product info to help clients make informed decisions. Calculate premiums according to carrier guidelines or collaborate with insurers for non-delegated business. Keep detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions. Spot complaints and escalate them to the appropriate handler. Address queries via email, phone, and in person, ensuring all SLAs are met. Act as a referral point for trainees in the branch.
