We are looking for an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer or Project Engineer to join a thriving MSP in a time of growth. They offer a genuinely fun and friendly working environment, with opportunities for progression. You are not just a number within this company.
In this position you will provide project-focused IT support to my clientsβ growing customer base. My client would be looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician or Project Engineer who is or has previously worked within an IT outsourcing environment.
You will have a strong level of experience within the majority of the following areas:
- Experience of project-based work, liaising with external customers and vendors
- Windows Server 2008 - 2022
- Active Directory, Exchange
- Networking
- O365 and Azure
- VoIP experience is desirable
- ITIL Framework knowledge
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, must also be exemplary. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so your organisational skills must also be strong along with the ability to prioritise your workload where required.
