Are you an experienced HR/ People Partner? I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients, based in London (NW) as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, People Business Partner to join their team. The salary for this role is up to circa £52k per annum and comes with an attractive hybrid working pattern. People Business Partner: Responsibilities include: The People BP will Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify business drivers and people challenges, using data-driven insights to support decision-making. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and future organisational needs. Offer comprehensive support on People Services commitments, including reward and recognition systems and employee well-being programs. Ensure timely completion of cyclical People Services activities, providing support and oversight to leadership and management.
