Are you an experienced HR/ People Partner? I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients, based in London (NW) as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, People Business Partner to join their team. The salary for this role is up to circa £52k per annum and comes with an attractive hybrid working pattern. People Business Partner: Responsibilities include: The People BP will Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify business drivers and people challenges, using data-driven insights to support decision-making. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and future organisational needs. Offer comprehensive support on People Services commitments, including reward and recognition systems and employee well-being programs. Ensure timely completion of cyclical People Services activities, providing support and oversight to leadership and management. Lead organisational redesign projects, support cultural change, and coach managers on complex people-related challenges. Act as lead on a designated expertise area, developing policies and practices related to EDI, mental health, or employee value proposition.
