Holiday Sales Manager About the roleJoin our team at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Opening as a Warner in 2024, this beautiful hotel on the River Thames near Windsor offers award-winning spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. Salary: From 40,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Revenue Manager to join us at the Runnymede on Thames. What will I be doing? As Hotel Revenue Manager you will lead the Holiday Sales Team onsite who act as key players within the Site sales drive, maximising re-booking potential across the Warner estate. You will maintain a strong focus on guest retention as well as driving the team to welcome new guests to experience our unique offering. You’ll collaborate closely with the revenue teams at Head office to drive business in to the Runnymede hotel at the right price to maximise RevPar. You will be a key player to ensure as a business we optimize our occupancy rate, enhance revenue flow through innovative pricing adjustments and employ dynamic inventory management. Responsibilities To Lead and motivate the Holiday Sales Team onsite and work closely with the Call centre teams for pre and post stay liaison Manage guest expectations via pre-arrival checks and act as a key communicator to all teams within the hotel. Work closely with Hotel departments such as Food and Beverage, Spa Beauty, Housekeeping and Reception to ensure that the guest journey is pro-actively and efficiently planned out and that guest expectations are met. Be a visible presence on check in/check out days to assist with guest queries and provide a warm welcome. To drive on-site spends by pro-actively contacting guests to book revenue generating services and activities. Analyse Entertainment feedback in close liaison with the Head of Entertainment and Warner revenue teams to ensure the entertainment calendar will maximise sales and guest feedback for future breaks. To undertake duty management shifts and be an active participant of the senior leadership team on property to ensure the smooth running of the operation from arrival to departure.
