Role IBA Operations Manager – Retail aka Head of IBA Operations Retail, Insurance Broking Account Operations Manager Location North Nottinghamshire – Hybrid Office / Home Role Overview: As the Retail IBA Operations Manager, you will oversee the Retail Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA) Operations Team, delivering exceptional service to our business and stakeholders while ensuring the IBA control environment complies with FCA CASS regulations. You will be responsible for the team’s performance and will have a clear understanding of debtors, creditors, unallocated cash, uncollected brokerage, and funded amounts. Collaborating closely with internal and external parties, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Retail IBA Operations Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to FCA CASS regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage debtors, creditors, unallocated cash, uncollected brokerage, and funded amounts to optimize financial performance.
