Job Description A new vacancy has arisen for a driven and motivated Technical Coordinator to join an established regional housing development business in Devon, due to successful and continued growth. To compliment their existing team with an a additional coordinator, to support technical managers and also work towards running their own sites depending on what stage the development is at. The company have ambitious yet achievable growth plans and would like to bring in the additional staff to future proof the department and hopefully train up the next generation of technical managers over the coming years. You will work closely with experienced Technical Managers on 1 -2 sites located in the local areas. As the technical coordinator will be involved in projects from design stage through to post completion. You will assist with managing engineering and working drawing packages with the aim of building homes to a high standard whilst obtaining all necessary technical approvals.
