Qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work at a SEN School in Dover Temp to perm role starting immediately on a full time basis, pay at KR9. Key Responsibilities Early Identification: Support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage. Individualised Support: Develop tailored strategies to address individual children’s speech, language, and communication needs. Intervention and Evaluation: Deliver targeted interventions and assess their outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Collaborative Practices: Work alongside class teachers to align interventions with classroom teaching. Family Engagement: Collaborate with families, offering advice and strategies to support children’s progress at home. Staff Support: Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective speech, language, and communication interventions. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with professional standards. Professional Collaboration: Build partnerships with other professionals to enhance multidisciplinary approaches.
