The What…
As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive induction to prepare you across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
In our fast-paced environment, you will support the effective operation of the centre, contribute to a fun and positive team atmosphere, and enhance the customer experience.
Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager with achieving centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure high standards and a safe, enjoyable environment for our customers.
To be successful, you will have:
- Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
- A passion for customer service
- Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- A drive for success
