Luxury Travel Consultant – Concierge Luxury Travel Agency (Fully Remote)
A unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing Concierge Luxury Travel Agency that specializes in providing tailored, first-class service to clients. The company is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join the business and be a key part of their growth journey.
Luxury Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients to help plan and execute memorable trips and experiences
- Be responsible for entire trip from flights, accommodation, transfers to lifestyle requests such restaurant bookings, private charters, sporting events, theatre tickets and more
- Manage bookings made using airline points and miles
- Handle changes, cancellations and follow ups seamlessly
- Maintain clear and secure records using the CRM
Luxury Travel Consultant skills required:
- An understanding of premium service and dealing with VIP\’s and UHNWI\’s
- Ideally a background in a high end travel organisation
- Experience with loyalty programmes and reward bookings
- Proficient in GDS – ideally Sabre
- Clear and professional communication skills both verbal and written
