As the leading specialist school in the county, we support students with SEN, PMLD, and ASC diagnoses, providing 1:1 or small group support. Currently supporting 95 pupils, with plans to expand in September 2025 to include primary, secondary, and vocational programs.

Our modern facilities include sensory rooms, therapy spaces, design studios, and relaxing communal areas for staff, such as massage chairs and ping pong tables. Join a vibrant, experienced team committed to your professional development.

Role: Full-time Learning Support Assistant, supporting students 1:1 and in small groups, starting ASAP.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
  • Communicating with parents and carers about pupils\’ progress
  • Participating in departmental meetings, parents\’ evenings, and school training events
