Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Faversham office. The role offers a realistic OTE of £40,000.

Let's talk about the Senior Sales Negotiator role. It involves:

  • Register clients, book and attend viewings and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
