I\’m looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join the team at one of Liverpool\’s most exciting competitive socialising venues.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. I\’m looking for someone who\’s as passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences as they are about growing the business. You\’ll be part of the management team, responsible for both the operational delivery on the floor and the sales strategy that drives bookings, revenue, and repeat visits.

The Role:
- Leading from the front – opening and closing the venue, running shifts, and setting the tone for best-in-class service.
- Driving business growth by increasing revenue and building our customer base through a mix of proactive and reactive sales activity.
- Spending at least two full days a week focused solely on proactive outreach – visiting local businesses, university campuses, residential hubs, and event planners to build lasting relationships.
- Responding quickly and professionally to incoming enquiries for private hires, events, and group bookings using our systems.
- Being out there in the community – attending events, sending outreach emails, hosting meetings – doing what it takes to make our venue the place people want to host their social events.
- Building strong connections with existing and potential customers to keep them coming back again and again.
You:
- Confident, motivated, and commercially driven – you love hitting targets and building relationships.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, events, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- A natural host who thrives on giving people memorable experiences.
- Comfortable meeting corporate clients as you are jumping in to lead a busy Saturday night shift.
- Organised, responsive, and great with systems, enquiries, and follow-up.
