A bit about what you will do...
- Assist the Cluster Director of Sales & Events in the management of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and support with local and central marketing activities for Hilton and Sofitel Gatwick.
- Respond and complete RFPs for all hotels with guidance from DOSE/RM/GM.
- To create and complete local marketing activities as required such as special offers/local corporate newsletter.
- To conduct telesales calls to qualify business potential for the property.
- To conduct sales appointments with tour operators, travel agents and leisure travel specialists to present the Hotel to explore business potential and ways to secure revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate bookers, airline representatives, and travel agents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare customised proposals and contracts.
