Stunning Gastro Pub with regular guests, every day brings something new and we\’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

What you\’ll be doing :

• Leading the kitchen team in a busy service when the Head Chef is away
• Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Overseeing food quality, prep, presentation, and ensuring spec standards are met
• Helping to manage stock, ordering, GPs and kitchen administration using our Procure Wizard system
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Supporting and developing junior chefs through training and coaching
