We are recruiting a Thai Sous Chef to join a leading contract catering group based in London. We\’re seeking someone with deep expertise in authentic Thai cuisine from all regions, who also brings creativity and innovation to their dishes.

The ideal Thai Sous Chef will be confident in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership, with a strong grasp of menu costing. Thai Sous Chef benefits:

Thai Sous Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef within Thai Restaurant or Contract Catering.
• Commitment and longevity within previous roles are essential.
