Role: Community Host – (Residential)

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

The Company:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Host to join the team at a stunning residential site in Milton Keynes.
The development is made up of 294 luxury apartments, pet friendly with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, bike storage and a playground area.

The Role:
The role will be based on site, where each day will be different, fit for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude, maturity to adapt in fast-changing situations, who can build rapport with residents, deliver great customer service, and achieve high retention levels.
You:
* Experience in being the first point of contact for resident enquiries (including raising maintenance issues) with a positive attitude.
* Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing that demonstrates a customer service and experience background.
* Understanding of residential rules and regulations, deposits, and residents\’ rights in order to manage a smooth-running operation.
* Practice in lettings or supporting lettings.
* Knowledge of CRM systems within the residential setting will be advantageous.
* Comfortable running regular resident events
* Must have excellent written and spoken English as well as reasonable IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
