We are working with a long established metals manufacturer who are looking to add an exceptional Production Manger to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands metal forming (pressing, machining, rolling, fabrication welding etc) and wants to have ownership / make a real difference. The Production Manager will Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers Directly manage both team leaders and operators Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team The Production Manager will possess Demonstrable experience in a similar role Suitable management qualification or experience The ability to communicate well at all levels.
